Our Pricing Structure
NOTE: To new customers looking for software to support their LAA contract we offer a 2 month trial period. We hope this will give you enough time to familiarise yourself with the software, complete a months billing and submit your monthly CRM6. Once the trial period is over we will invoice you if you want to continue to use our package.
For a single fee earner/sole practitioner our annual licence fee is £320 ex. vat. Additional licences can be purchased as required at a reduced cost on a sliding scale.
Our annual licence fee includes:
- All updates required to support changes in the LAA contract.
- Updated version of our billing package as new features are added.
- Training to make sure you know how to use BLAid effectively.
- Telephone and email support if you have any issues/queries about the system.
- We can log onto your system, if required, to look at any issues and provide training. Our remote support application requires you to confirm you are happy to allow us access to your system on each connection.

Our annual licence period runs from 6th April each year. If you purchase BLAid part way through our annual licence period, you will be invoiced on a pro rata basis for the remainder of that period.
